[QCWA] Email Address Change

In my area DSL is only 16.95 a month for a 1.5GB DSL .  We have a mom and pop telephone company.  They also provide the equivalent of cable TV over the phone lines as well.  Adelphia cable on the other hand charges $50/mo for Cable internet and its limited to 300 MB transfer speed.  So that being the case here, what would you do?

  runs at a fraction of the speed of cable??
