Good question Bill.  

Absolutely, members have free advertising in the Journal.  I see no reason 
why that shouldn't apply to the reflector as well. 

Things to include when posting a for sale item:
     Subject Line: For Sale, Trade or Wanted
     QCWA membership number
     name and call
     e-mail  id
     best time to contact you
     price
     if picture(s) are available that can be attached to a direct e-mail
     a good description of the item(s)
