[QCWA] Reflector Guidelines ( Mine not QCWA's)

Not Allowed:
  Multiple e-mail recipients.
      This isn't a problem when the message is posted
      but when one or more of the recipients hits
      'Reply  All' and tries to post to a reflector he isn't
      subscribed to.  This causes an e-mail to the
      administrator and requires an action to either
      let the message through or delete it.

  Attachments.
     Viruses can be included in attachments.  Yes, I know, a jpg, gif  or 
any other graphics file
      don't (yet) contain viruses, but it's only a matter of time before 
some of the computer nerds
      with to much time on there hands figures out how to do it.

  Flames ( personal attacks ).
      not liked, not necessary.

  Topics off the primary purpose of the reflector.
      These can sometime be allowed if the subject is of interest to a 
majority of the
      reflector members(hard to determine) and don't drag on to long.
      Our reflector is primarily for QCWA related postings.

Allowed:
   1. Anything the pertains to QCWA.
   2. Having FUN!
   3. See 1 or 2.

QCWA doesn't have a Reflector Policy.  If you have comments about how this 
reflector is operated, please send your comments to me and/or to the 
Chapter Relations Standing Committee.
