And for some reason, I received three ballots in the mail the same day..

  I wish the 37 cent stamp warning had been put into the voting
  instructions.   As it is,  I suspect a number of members will do
  as I did,   and stick a 23 cent stamp on the voting card.  Isn't
  23 cents first class mail postage for a card?
