Hi Jim,

         You may be able to find a 1973 or older Callbook at a hamfest that 
would allow this kind of search.  This is a VERY difficult to do search via 
Callbooks.  If you have ever seen a 1973 Callbook you can imagine looking 
at several columns of very small print on many pages. Maybe someone on this 
reflector can remember Lester and get you at least an idea of a 
callsign.  Possibly someone on the QCWA 20 meter net on Sundays will 
remember him.  Anyone is welcome to check into the net on 14.347 MHz SSB at 
2000Z.
