[Qcwa] Request for old callsign search HELP!

Hi Folks!

Would anyone out there be able to help me find out the callsign of an 
amateur (SK in 1973) via the old callbook method?

I  am attempting to assist the granddaughter of this SK -- she was 
licensed in 2002, and try as she might, no one in her family has been 
able to provide documentation of her grandfather's callsign.  She wishes 
very, very much to request her grandfather's call as her own (if it is 
still unissued).

The SK's name was Lester Goodale from New Carlisle, Indiana (or it might 
have been listed as Hudson Lake, Indiana -- not sure.  He would have 
been licensed prior to 1973, so I'm unsure where we could begin.  The 
call was most likely a K9xxx or a WA9xxx, again not really sure.

Any and all help would be MOST APPRECIATED! Thanks and very 73!
