Ok, it took me a while to hunt it down.

Coleman, the lantern people, licensed their name to Team Products 
International, TPI.
TPI is selling things under the name "Coleman Powermate"
It looks like you're battery thing has been discontinued. Basically, 
what you've got
there is probably a gel type sealed lead acid battery.
For running a hand held, it's probably just fine. As far as being able 
to "Jump start"
your car through the cigarette lighter.....well, heh, The idea on that 
is to dribble
enough energy from the powermate battery back into a "dead" car battery 
first,
then hope the car catches on the first try.
