Of course it's OK to indulge in this kind of humor. Most of us get a chuckle out of it. 
But, hey! it's just that, humor. That anyone would give it any credence is beyond my 
comprehension! It happens all too often: someone makes up a humorous story and most of us 
take it for what it is, but there's always a small minority who want to believe it as 
truth, I guess. Howbeit some if these may be based in part on facts, but the truth is 
stretched to the breaking point.
