Hi Bob.  I'm writing on a tip from Mark Wilson, K1RO.  I'm tasked with writing
an obituary for Leland Smith, W5KL, for the ARRLWeb tomorrow.  I did not know
Leland, and perhaps you could help me with anecdotes, remembrances, information,
etc.  We know he was a life member of ARRL, and an active operator (SS, SKN,
etc).  What else can you tell me about him, and would you happen to have a
picture (of any year)?
