[Qcwa] QCWA Web Site will be unavailable

The QCWA web site at www.qcwa.org will be down starting at 11:59 CDT today 
for a period of two hours.

Most of the software programs that make up the site have been changed and 
will be installed at that time. Many of these changes are cosmetic but there 
are several updates (new board of director information) and one or two new 
features including a history of the QCWA Home Page.

This update should take much less than two hours, but you just never know 
how things will go.
