[Qcwa] Address Label

I have a different thought on the numbers.  Looking at my label the 
numbers are:  16*29695*12/31/2005* *65

The 16 is the Chapter I belong to.  *29695 is my member number.  
*12/31/2005 should be my membership expiration.  *65 is the first year I 
was licensed.  At least that is the way I read my label.  Anyone have a 
different thought on the numbers??
