ok, I think this is the only solution. As far as I remember, my elmer was WA3WIY (sk), and I recieved my novice test while I was still in school, and shortly there after, I worked for the Fed Gov, in law enforcement for 3 years, I guesstamate 1982-85, and I have since worked for the State of Delaware in Law Enforcement for the last 20 years, So, if Im not at 25 years, I am hopefully almost there.
