	I'm afraid you're wasting your hopes waiting for FCC to tell you when you were first
licensed. Fact is they probably haven't the faintest idea. They don't, as far as I know,
from conversations with Buckmaster, keep any sort of records like that. 
	Why not do as one member suggested, fill out your application for membership and send it
in to QCWA HQ, asking them to look it up, giving your name and address where you lived
when you were first licensed. If they find it in a callbook for the following year, your

money.
