Hi Ken,

A message to the reflector has to be sent from the e-mail you subscribed
with.
Hence [email protected] and [email protected] are different from the
reflectors
point of view.

That being said, CONGRATULATIONS! You have won the decal for being
the first to find the file x.htm and to explain it's reason for being.

The detailed explanation for  x.htm to exist is to have an entry
for every letter in the site-index.htm page, which would create
a null file situation if it were on the page and didn't exist.
