Hi Jimmy,

The QCWA data base was not released.  The QCWA database does not have your 
email address in it.  There are no email addresses in that material.  If you 
put your call sign into a search engine (google had 60 hits for N5VD) you 
would be surprised where you can be found on the Internet.  I know that QRZ 
(n5vd@png address) and the FCC database has your info.  Is your email 
address on QRZ (earthlink was not)?  Mine is along with lots of others.  The 
spam bots are capable of finding email addresses anytime you get on the 
Internet!

The SPAM here is running as high as 40% of my email messages!  I get that 
stuff on my ARRL alias ([email protected]) as well as my earthlink 
([email protected]) address.  I don't really think there is a *good answer* to 
eliminating it.  I hear in the news about the government (Federal Trade 
Commission) getting congress to out law it.  I hope that happens!
