OPEN LETTER TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

I think it is interesting that you could get your picture on the
cover of the WINTER 2002 Journal which I received on 11 Jan.
2003.  Just over TWO (2) MONTHS after the board meeting.

It took EIGHT (8) MONTHS to get THE SUMMARY OF BOARD ACTIONS in
the SUMMER 2003 Journal.

"KEEP 'EM IN THE DARK AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, AND THEY WON'T NOTICE"
