page at http://www.qcwa.org/membership-directory.htm and reads:

The data on these pages are for the use of our members and perspective
members only. Any use of this information by any commercial firm or
organization is strictly forbidden.

Copyright (c) 2001-2003 by QCWA

If there are other areas of our site that should have a copyright
notice?
