[Qcwa] Membership List has been for sale since December 2002

    Do we have a WARNING notice on the roster pages?  Ie: "The data on 
this page is for the use of our members only.  Any use of this 
information by any commercial  firm or organization is strictly 
forbidden.  Copyright (c) 2001-2003 by QCWA."
    If so, we could go after firms like the one below who "rob" the data 
and then sell it.  A suit would probably bring greater revenues than 
selling the data.
