[Qcwa] Question

Sorry I was delayed in sending the application. I sent it yesterday or
Wednesday. I have been meaning to, for some time. It is a puzzle, with so
many hams that qualify in Huntsville, that there is not a chapter in this
area. My home is in the country, about 20 miles (airline distance) East of
there.
