[Qcwa] Question

There is a 'fillable' application on the home page at "qcwa.org". You
download it with acrobat, and while in acrobat you can fill in the
application. Then, print it and send in with your dues and we will get  you
all straight as a member. You must have been licensed at least 25 yers ago,
and currently be licensed.
