[Qcwa] CW Requirement

No to CW as a licensing requirement(maybe they should have a requirement for
20wpm keyboard input for licensing).  Seriously, it would seem that
providing a test which requires the applicant to learn and understand (not
memorize) the technical requirements would be a more meaningful basis of
licensing.  After all, CW is only one of many modes of communication
utilized.  In fact, if one listens to phone on 75 meters, it would appear as
though many need to be tested on voice communication.

Fellow QCWA Members,

Since it seems that not every QCWA member wants to keep the code as
a requirement to operate HF, how about an unofficial survey?

Should CW be retained as a license requirement to operate below 30mhz?

YES or NO and why
