[Qcwa] CW Requirement

Why ? The vast majority of hams do not  know or want to use cw on the air.In
fact, over 100,000 hams these days are using echolink which I am not sure
even involves a radio much less cw. All this talk about cw "getting through"
means nothing if most of the hams out there dont know cw .
Cw is a great tool to use when band condx are bad and ur talking to ur cw
pals and its a grand old tradition. Lets just leave it at that and move on
past the cw pro and con arguments.
