OK Bill. All I can tell you is that mine does not. I looked and I don't even
have an option for HTML. How do you "turn HTML off" in your client? What do
you use as a client for your Earthlink email? I use Outlook 2000 for all of
my non-AOL email. It supports both plain text and HTML.
I don't know why yours always generates HTML. I guess at this point AOL is a
good place to go to get that answered since we have two clients of the same
exact version that act quite differently.
