Hi Dick:  I am working with a laptop keyboard, but there is a mixup in the
text about what I said.  There are actually two licenses, operator and
station.  The penalties are different for violations associated with each.
The two year grace period has to do with failing to renew before the
licenses expires, and has nothing to do with suspension or revocation.  The
latter are very serious matters, indeed.
