Some clubs list everything but the street address on-line
making the generation of a mailing list impossible. The
whole list is still available to members via other means

A java script should also be used for displaying the e-mail
to reduce id harvesting.

Phone numbers and birthdays can also be added but
members have the choice of theirs being available or not.
