Hi Joe,

If you will send a copy of the first QSL card or entries of your log to Jim 
Walsh, W7LVN at Headquarters that will work.  Check with him for details at 
[email protected] for exact instructions.  I am on the road at this time 
and don't have a Journal with me, but I believe there are two different 
certificates for 50 years of service.  One is for continuous licensing, 
requires research and has a charge.  The other one requires only proof of 
date of first licensing.  Jim can give you the complete requirements via 
email, phone or snail mail.  All of the various addresses for HQ are shown 
in the Journal on page two.
