[Qcwa] QST SKs

A big job....Harvey....I was involved with the Radio Amateurs of
Canada compilation of Canadian Silent keys. Carl Everson took on
the project and worked on it for three years. It's not anywhere
complete, and has over 3,000 names in it. I can see why QST would
back off.
