	I now have on disk, in MS Database, a compilation of all the
Radio Amateurs who have been listed as SK in QST from January 1st of
1993 to the present time. It is accessible by callsign or name or month
of QST. I cannot find anyone who will make it available on the 'net
without charge.
	I offered the file to QST if they would keep it up and make it
available on the 'net. They acted like they thought it would be too
time-consuming to do so and did not want the file.
	I am open to suggestions.
