[Qcwa] Joining QCWA

Hi Gang,

The problem with e-mail is that, since you are not talking face to face with a
person, everybody "interprets" their own emotional content into the message. So it
would be real nice if folks stopped "flaming" each other... that's not what we are
about is it?

My father once told me: "The only stupid question is the one that does not get
asked".

Even though I am a QCWA member... I ask the same question, what are the reasons
for joining the QCWA?

My reasons are:

1. To be associated with a group of individuals who promote and support amateur
radio, both as a hobby and as a community service.

2. To share knowledge and skills with others.

3. To be able to put the way cool QCWA logo on my QSL card. ;o)

Those are just some reasons off the top of my head... I'd love to hear reasons why
others are members!

Please note this message is not intended to offend anybody... so let's all chill a
little and be nice to each other, life is much better that way :o)
