[Qcwa] Joining QCWA

I  normally  don't  get  into these debates  but  this  one 
is  serious...Why  Join the QCWA....
If nothing  more  being  with great  people  that  have much  the same 
ideas and thoughts that you do that came  with old
time HAM RADIO  and  when people actually cared about people...Go  to a 
meeting and feel welcome!!!!!  When  I  have  gone
to  any  QCWA  Meeting  people  embrace you  with  strong 
feelings...Tried  your  local repeater group lately????  Man
nothing  but  politics and CB  lingo and programs  that are  dog 
dodo...AT  QCWA  we  have great programs  and hospitality...

QCWA National  you say...Okkk  have  you  seen how  many  young hams  that 
have been  helped with  the QCWA scholarship
program...How  many  widows  have  been  helped by  QCWA  members 
rushing  to  help  them  so that the vulchers don't  set in!!!!!
QCWA  helps  to  keep  our  hobby  clean...Listened  to a QCWA net 
lately?????  I  was  first  licensed  in 1958  and  have enjoyed
every  minute  of  my  time  in  QCWA...I  can not  stand  it  when people 
dare  and  use  our  constitution  as an arm  to  be  really tacky...
