[Qcwa] land line telegraphy

It is sending
"WHAT HATH"

surprisingly it is being sent in International Morse not the usual American 
Morse used by most Landline telegraphers.

We used both on the Landline DC telegraph circuits between AT&Ts Overseas 
Radio control office in downtown NYS and our transmitting  and receiver 
stations  in New Jersey.
