It is sending
"WHAT HATH"
surprisingly it is being sent in International Morse not the usual American
Morse used by most Landline telegraphers.
We used both on the Landline DC telegraph circuits between AT&Ts Overseas
Radio control office in downtown NYS and our transmitting and receiver
stations in New Jersey.
