[Qcwa] "Hidden" HF antenna

Well in final analysis ref Community Assn's etc and their
restrictions!.    We have one of the strictest ones to be
found anywhere, and hams have been rebuked over and over about
antennas.    Guess what happened when someone in the community
discovered the CELLULAR Phone people has somehow erected one
of their CELL antennas without fanfare.   The powers that be
forced the ASSN to accept this as an example of need overlays
private rules.    After this several hams have filed legal
papers to justify reasonable application of ham radio from
the emergency, disaster, etc assistance that would be available
from these hams.   FORWARD AND UPWARD !!
