Right on Augie.  And I won't give up my 160 meter Carolina Windom until the 
160 meter full size loop is up and operational.  People seem to forget that 
so many of these CC&Rs invoke so many silly rules that to remove a tree in 
your front yard, you need permission from the architectual committee or to 
paint your front door, you need permission. It is a wonder they don't require 
you to get permission before you flush the toilet these days.
