[Qcwa] In my behalf

I guess I responded before I had read the first post on this issue. I would
like to amend my comments to include the following.

When our elected representatives are about to vote on significant issues,
they usually seek comments from their constituency. We, who care to, may then
voice our approval, or, dissent.

We hope that, in the event, there is sufficient response, it may dissuade a
vote which is against the will of the people.

It doesn't always produce the desired result, but, at least we had our say.
And will again, come election time.

If a representative ignores all of the people all of the time, well, I don't
think he or she has much of a future in politics.

I mistakenly thought the original post had to do with things of a personal
nature, and I apologize if my remarks offended anyone.

Sincerely, Ron K -- W1ARS
