Lee......the guidelines for the QSO party are on Page 48 of the Journal.
Its possible you have not received yours yet.....many here on the mainland
are complaining about not receiving it.

Party starts  at 1900Z and runs for 24 hours.

It is all modes with suggested start up frequencies.

The 15M start up frequency is 21050 which may be the best for HI to the East
Coast.

Just let me know when you will be on there and we will be there.
