[Qcwa] QSO party exchange

	The QSO party exchange and log form can be found on page 48 of the Spring
- 2002 QCWA Journal.  It should also be available on the www.qcwa.org home
page.  The exchange is year first licensed (2 digits -- 66), chapter number
if a member or state-province or country.  Extra points are available for
working Special event station W2MM.  

	My exchange would be K0BC, year 66, chapter 180 or Missouri (for those
that are not a QCWA member or not a member of a chapter)
