This is awful news that saddens me greatly.  I am glad to have known and operated with him for a shirt time at Corn Crib.  He was so thoughtful buying and bringing us all subs. I worked Tripp this morning at 1208z.This is a very sad reminder for everyone operating away from yourenvironment to use extreme caution. This almost happened to me a coupleyears ago in the NCQP. I had found a great spot to operate portable for afew minutes and immediately started installing the 17 foot whip. I lookedup and saw the power lines and dropped the antenna.So sad, prayers to friends and family.
