[PVRCNC] Dupes in NCQP

My procedure was to call CQ NCQP de K3YDX/CHA denoting I’m a 3 call but in Chatham county NC. 
If CQ’ing on phone I would say in Chatham county. 
While I only made about 120 Qs I only had 1 dupe that I recall while running and as the sage experts always say, “just work them and move on”.  Which I did.
