Dupes in NCQP

I understand how people like Bill K3WA want to show they are in NC by signing/4. But dupes are the price you pay unless callers also add your/4 (which most of us don’t—it’s sort of like adding /QRP). You end up being “available” twice. Once with your real call and again with/4.
Correct procedure; In state stations use regular call without/4 and call “CQ NCQP”.. Out of state stations call “CQ NC” without the QP. I heard several doing it correctly. 
Probably should publish these guidelines on the NCQP website.
