Great conditions, great fun, and high score in recent years from home QTH.
In
the process of relocating my shack and rotators were disconnected which was
a
definite disadvantage with nothing aimed at EU.
Had planned only part time with no particular goals. But good conditions so
when I got to 500k points fairly quickly I decided to try for a million.
When I
got there mid-afternoon Sunday I was like Forrest Gump and just kept on
running.
When I reached 1040 Q's it reminded me of taxes so I called it a day with an
hour left. Had a few 6-band calls in the log including VP5K at our Turks and
Caicos station which was cool. I had more 5 banders as DX on 160 doesn't
come
easy from my home station. Our team will be VP5M in ARRL DX SSB.
Thanks for the Q's,
