PVRC-NC invites you to our scheduled May 2024 Hy-brid NC Chapter Zoom
meeting on Thursday 2 May.

*What: *PVRC-NC Chapter hybrid-zoom May 2024 meeting
*When: *May 2, 2024 (5-2-24) at 6:00 PM Eastern Time – Early Birds welcome

*Where: *Hickory Tavern at 1156 Parkside Main St , Cary, NC 27519 - or via

*Why: *Thankfully, the Pollen season is nearing its end and the real Spring
season is beginning.  There are some good and interesting contests in May
to talk about as we get to the close to the end of PVRC's 2023/24 contest
season.  Time for us to explore what we can do to increase our individual
scores for the 2024/25 Contest year.  We will explore some ways to do just
that at this meeting.  One way is to super glue your butt in the chair.  A
more reasonable approach is advance your skills and station and starting
operating SO2R (Single Operator, two Radio).  Our speaker at the May
meeting will be Nate, N4YDU who will give us a presentation on SO2R.  Be
there!
