Low retracted height crankup tower

I am looking for a motorized crankup tower of about 50-60 ft that will carry about 100 lbs weight and about 9SF wind load. Lots around new and used. Here’s the problem. When lowered it needs to be as low as possible but not exceeding about 12’. This is essential. All the ones I see are about 22’ plus the antenna. Has anyone used or seen a commercial unit with specs similar to what I’m looking for?
