[PVRCNC] RARSFest Planning

At last night's PVRC-NC meeting we had a visitor, Nancy, who is the
Chairman for the 2023 RARSFest.

The subject of tables came up.  We opined that we would like to have a PVRC
table to promote the club.  And if we wanted a table for PVRCers to show
gear they want to see, it should be right next to the club table.

So...  does anyone want/need a table to sell stuff?  Please let me know so
we can get the table arranged.
