[PVRCNC] Meeting times

My constraints have been legion, but none to do with arrival times. Sorry to let you down, guys. First Jenny's health was in our faces for a couple years and then it was my turn. I'm simultaneously outwardly fit and healthy and focusing more on my bucket list. I can't predict when my Elmee and I will get back on the air but he's trying and I'm helping.
