[PVRCNC] Meeting times

In the pre covid years people began to arrive around 5 but the official meeting didn't begin until 6 pm.
As it turned out, most seemed to arrive by 530.
Personally, I think an official 6 pm start with a cocktail hour staring at 5 works fairly well. However, I finish work about 3:30 pm each day. 
I'm hoping to make the October meeting.
