[PVRCNC] K3WA in NC QSO Party

Soapbox:  What fun.  Bands were very noisy, signals were weak.  But there
was a lot of activity.  Disappointing in that I heard/worked very few NC
counties or rovers.  Bands were long from top to bottom.  Biggest surprise
was having OM2VL call in to my runs on all four bands.  10M was a loss
except for neighbor Hank K3YDX.  Log submitted.
