[PVRCNC] Portable Contest Operation Questions

Seeking Sage advice...
I am planning to operate future contest efforts from my son’s Atlantic
Beach, NC home, 137 miles from my licensed address in Cary, NC. The site
is on an ancient sand dune at 20 ft above sea level. Sadly, this is
outside the PVRC 175-mile circle. For now, these will not be considered a
‘remote’ activity. I and the radio/antenna equipment will all be at the
beach location. The first effort I am planning is the CQWW 160 SSB next
weekend. The rules do not address portable activities.
My first question - how should I identify myself during these
activities? Assume
that these will be phone operations only. Should I always identify with
“K4TMC Portable”, or is just using “K4TMC” OK? Or, just do periodic
“portable” announcements?
Next question – how should I identify my affiliation with PVRC when
submitting contest logs? I don’t want to create a situation where my
outside-the-circle points get counted improperly.
Last question – should I get a separate call (club?) for the beach location
and always use that call when there?
