[PVRCNC] Duke Energy Power Line Noise Contact and NQAP

The main reason I was unable to make more than one QSO (NR4O) during the
recent NAQP SSB Contest is the S9+ power line noise at my new QTH.

Does anyone have the contact information for the Duke Energy Progress power
line noise doctor?

I have been blessed in the past 30+ years to have lived in neighborhoods
that had underground power lines.
