Well, Henry left out the detail that your foil hat and shorts could include ground straps.
What I want to know is if special tools are needed to take it apart or would a crescent wrench and penetrating oil be good enough?

I would LOVE to have one of those. I climbed one at about 6 years old on a
ridge in GA with the consent of the family friend who was a lookout. Awesome
and I have wanted to repeat it ever since! Not sure about being up there in
a thunderstorm with a yagi on top, however. :-)

The ultimate ham shack - at the top (90 ft) of the tower. Shortest possible
coax runs. Great exercise for us aging operators. Aluminum foil helmet and
underwear optional during operation. Three are available...great for a
multi-multi station.
