[PVRCNC] Looking for good frequency counter

I'm looking for a pro-quality, expandable frequency counter such as an Agilent(HP/Keysight) 53131A. I'm looking for a bench instrument with about 1ppm stability max with prospects for getting to 1/100 of that via an external timebase or hacking a rubidium standard into it, etc. If you have something like this gathering dust I'd like to boost your bank balance.
